10 Tips of Relaxation

Let’s face it, we all need more than 24 hours in a day. There is so much to do but very little time to do it. And, if you have a child or multiple children, yeah, you really need extra hours and a few more of you. So, who has time to relax? Who has time to take a break? Yeah, not you. You don't have time. But, what if I told you that you do have time and all you have to do is DO IT?? There are simple things as simple as taking a nice bubble bath at home to help you relax.



10 tips of Relaxation!


  1. A nice glass of wine.

  2. A warm bubble bath.

  3. A nice massage

  4. Listening to nice smooth music.

  5. Meditation

  6. Go for a nice walk

  7. Breath slowly

  8. Write in your journal

  9. Go to bed early

  10. A day of no social media


We must all learn how to relax, even ME. Too much work makes you a dull person. And, no one wants to be around a dull person. If you don’t relax, It can have you having mood swings you didn’t think you had, over eating, not enough sleep, not wanting to be around your peers, and most of all, bad health problems.


So, take time to make sure you relax and take care of yourself. If it’s not on your calendar, put it on there as soon as you can.
