Day by day, we tackle with the ups and downs that the day brings to us. It can either happen while at work or at home or while in the car or just a simple thing, blinking. Here is a list of 5 areas that you MUST apply to your life daily and it will make you have such a better day.
Let's call this the Life Essential List :-).
1) Spiritual. I love the Bible.com app and I read several scriptures daily and I read the study plans as well. They help tremendously. I am always opened to do Bible Study plans with a partner. If you would like me to join you or vice versa, leave me a comment.
2) Mental. Always read and take in something positive. Feeding your mind with negatives thoughts can carry a weight that you didn't even know was there. You are not a negative person, so don't start being one. Listen to a podcast that's motivating. Write a love message to yourself. Write a positive affirmation daily. Feed your mind with POSITIVE VIBES ONLY.
3) Physical. Get up and get moving. We are so confined with sitting and getting so comfortable in not moving or even stretching. You can exercise for a minimum of 15 minutes a day. Yes, they say 30 minutes is a minimum. But, start some where. If you have some type of fitness watch, and you have the alert on it to remind you to stand and or move, GET UP and DO IT!
4) Financial. Now, this is not an easy topic to discuss but one that must be done daily. Check your finances. Whew! There I said it. Yes, even if you know that it's not in good standings, still check it to see what you can do to get it back on track. Savings. Checking. Investments. Trusts. Petty Cash. It must all be checked daily. Interest rates change daily so you must do your part. The more you are update on your finances, there will not be any surprises.
5) Eating Better. It is so convenient to grab food at a fast food restaurant or a "convenient store" (or in our terms, a gas station). But, if you think about it, items that are sold at those stores are not healthy for you. We have to do better in our eating habits. Being comfortable and eating badly is not only not good for our bodies but not good for our minds. Grab fruit. Grab some nuts. Grab water. Grab something plant based. Grab something baked. The bad foods that we put in our bodies show in areas of our bodies and it is not a pretty picture.
