Banana Nut Bread

Now, I have mentioned before that I love to cook. Well, I made one of my favorite at home, comfort desserts, banana nut bread. I kind of tweaked it from my last recipe. I hope you and your family enjoy this recipe as much as I do.



Ingredients:

1/2 cup of butter (room temperature) 1 1/4 cup of granulated sugar

2 cups of flower 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

2 large eggs (room temperature-beaten) 3 ripe medium sized bananas

1/4 cup of whole milk 1/2 cup of salt

1/2 cup of baking soda 1 cup of chopped pecans or walnuts


Directions:

Cream your butter and sugar. Add your beaten eggs until you get a cream like texture. Add dry ingredients slowly. Make sure dry ingredients are blended in with the other ingredients. Add ground cinnamon. Add bananas and milk. Add chopped pecans (walnuts).

Grease loaf pan with margarine and flour. Pour mixture in pan. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes or until you have a golden brown look. Stick a toothpick is loaf. When toothpick is clean, you are ready to eat and enjoy!
