Creating a Cleaning Schedule, that works!

This post has a printable link that you can download and create a cleaning schedule for your home. This printable is sized 8.5 x 11 and it is front and back. Make sure the printer settings are set to print front and back. *This free printable will expire on 08-06-23.*

Keeping a clean home can be a daunting task, especially when you have a busy schedule, like me! One way I like to to stay on top of things is to create a cleaning schedule. A cleaning schedule can help you stay organized, reduce stress, and maintain a clean and tidy home.

To create a cleaning schedule, you can first start by making a list of all the tasks that need to be done in your home. This could include things like dusting, vacuuming, doing laundry, and cleaning bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchens. Once you have your list, you can decide how often each task needs to be done. Some tasks, like vacuuming, may need to be done daily, while others, like cleaning the bathroom, may only need to be done once a week. Also, get your family involved. Cleaning can be a fun and rewarding task for your child(ren).

Next, create a schedule that fits your needs and lifestyle. For example, if you work full-time, you may want to schedule your cleaning tasks for the weekends. You don't have to spend your full weekend in cleaning. Schedule a time to get up early and start. This way, you don't have to stay inside all weekend. And, there is no better way than to relax in a clean home.

Remember to be flexible with your schedule. Life happens, and sometimes you may not be able to stick to your cleaning schedule. If you miss a task, simply move it to the next day or week.

By creating a cleaning schedule, you can reduce stress and keep your home clean and tidy. I use this cleaning schedule (I keep it in my planner in the "home" section) to help me stay on track. If I miss something, I move it to the next day or week to make sure that I stay on track with cleaning. Give it a try and see how it works for you!

    xoxo
