Hey girl, hey! Can you believe that we are in the last month of the first quarter of 2022? Yeah, I can’t either. Time is surely waiting on no one.
Well, since March is here, it is time to set some goals for the month. I only like to set the amount of goals with the number of weeks we have in the month. So for March, there is 5 weeks, so I am setting 5 goals for the month. Each week, I like to achieve a goal. In achieving my goals, I set tasks that will help me achieve that goal.
For example, if I set a goal to eat healthy for the week, my tasks to help achieve that goal will be:
1) purchase healthy foods for the week
2) meal prep
3) list out in planner my meals for the week
4) keep a track of my meals
5) review what I have eaten
6) make note of achieving status.
You always want to keep a track of how you achieve your goals or even how you had to make some adjustments on achieving the goal.
I also use this tracker to help with setting my goals for the month. It also helps me keep a track of things to do, setting appointments, important notes for myself, and much more.
It’s still early in the month so you still have time to set those goals if you haven’t yet.
Tip: If you are a goal setter, and if you are like me, setting goals for the 4 quarters in the year, at the end of March, go back and review what goals you achieved in the first quarter of the year. And, set your goals for the second quarter of the year, April thru June. You can do it! I can do it! We can do it!
