My Goals for November

Each month this year I have set goals. Some have been a success. Others, I have had to move down and try to focus on achieving the next month. I used to beat myself up because I didn't achieve a goal or do something that I set my mind to and give it a deadline date and it didn't happen. So, I have learned to just move it down and continue to work on it. If it gets hard to achieve, I sit down to reevaluate it and do smaller tasks to achieve the big goal.

November Goals:

1) Make time for myself. I am always super busy for everyone else but I NEVER take time for myself. I know I keep saying this but I mean it this time. An hour a day for me keeps LaLa a happy girl. :-)

2) Stick to the plan. I am a planner and I write everything down in my planner. I have to make sure I go back to the planner and go by that. It's pretty much my daily guide. If it's not in there, then guess what, oh well. No more last minute things!

3) Make sure I exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Yes, I know I have said this before to but my last doctor visit was not a good one and I have got to make a change in my weight and my body.

4) Stick with the #bloglikecrazy challenge. It's a lot to do but it's fun to do. Seeing how you can grow in your writing and networking with so many just by using the hashtag, is fun.

5) Stop beating yourself up so much. Hey, we all have moments that are not our best but I have to stop being my worse critic and start encouraging and loving myself more.

These are more so a personal point of view of goals. If I start on the inside, it will eventually show on the outside.
