Hey you guys. I'm not doing a video about my goals this week, suffering with a very bad headache, but I still want to share them with you.
First, I want to give you an update on how I did from the goals on last week.
1) I did develop a skin care routine. I use Cetaphil that I purchased from Walmart and the Great Value brand of Skin moisturizer lotion. I wash my face every night and make sure I use these products and keep my skin moisturize.
2) I enjoyed my vacation. Even though I had a doctor's appointment that was a little scary, but I got past it. I did things on my own and it felt good not having to rush or go by other's schedule.
3) I started a reading plan on Bible.com (YouVersion app) and I set the reminder to make sure that I read it.
4) No, I did not organize my closet, the way I wanted to. But I can close the door now and see things in a good way.
5) I only exercised 2 days out of the week. That's good considering I haven't done it in a while. But I am going to continue to work on it so it will become a habit.
So, I think I did pretty good.
Okay, my goals for the current week.
1) Continue to put in time to exercise.
2) Start the process of forgiving myself. (I know that is going to take a while, but I need to start now.)
3) Stop hitting the snooze button.
4) Stick to what I am supposed to do.
5) Do 1 self-care thing for myself this week.
Some may say, why is she doing these types of goals. My main goal is to better myself. Doing these things will get me to the MAIN GOAL. So, I guess you can look at them as tasks. I am doing what's best for me.
