Okay, I'm back

Well, let's just say that I am glad that February is over with. March, we are still in the beginning so you still have time to make it right. I mean geesh, these past few weeks have been like a real roller coaster ride. So, let me see if I can sum up my most recent weekend that was FULL of FUN with my guys.

Friday night. It was just a nice dinner date with the hubs. We went to Wintzell's Oyster House and I will say the BEST SERVICE I have ever experienced. There are pictures on my IG, FB, and Twitter pages that showcased the oyster sampler that my husband tried. Let's just say it's a MUST HAVE on his list every time he goes there now. We got a chance to meet the owner and our waitress was AWESOME sauce! There was a nice treat at the end before we left the restaurant, but I'm not telling you the secret. ;-)

Saturday morning. So, our son's school had a fundraiser with Town and Country Ford. You got the opportunity to test drive their 2018 automobiles and they donated $20 to the school. Great both ways, huh? Umm, yeah! I texted drove the 2018 crimson color XLT Ford Expedition. It was hard to take that baby BACK! Plenty of room. If you have seen the pics of my son online or even in person, you would understand why so much room is important to me in the vehicle. The ride was smooth. Oh, you know how many say the bigger the truck, the more you will spend on gas. Well, I think I was maybe #4 or #5 to drive it and the gas meter said 453 miles to empty. I was like oh this is so what I need in my life. I mean, I do a lot of driving and it's not on purpose.

Saturday mid-day. Fishing trip with the guys. I caught one little bass. I was the only one to catch something, lol. It was fun. We went to Lake Purdy. Nature was beautiful. We rented a boat. I drove the boat for the first time. Great time.

Saturday afternoon. We went to the movies and saw Black Panther. Let's just say, my husband didn't fall asleep in the movie. It was a great movie. Glad our son got a chance to see it also. Very empowering to see my own culture bring something positive in a powerful way to the big screen.

Saturday evening. Dinner at Taco Mama. Very crowded but worth it. I had the "build your own nachos". Let's just say, I was pleased with my choice.

Saturday night. A family grocery pick up at Wal-Mart. Yep, good ole Wal-Mart. Picked up a few grocery items for the house.

Then we headed home. Fun filled day. I took some pics. You can catch them on my social media pages.

Sunday. I relaxed. Had a lot on my mind. Wasn't feeling up to going to church. This dark heavy feeling came over me and I can't give God my best like that. Some told me that's when you do give Him your best. I need people to understand that I'm not like others and my praise and worship time have to be completely opened to be healed. But, I did attend a business meeting for my Sorority and that was pretty much it for the day.

So yeah, that's pretty much it in a little nut shell. Or maybe a big nut shell. But hey, you get it!
